Sawtooth Powersports Shipping Policy

At Sawtooth Powersports, we are committed to getting your gear to you quickly, safely, and affordably. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery:

  • We offer various shipping options at checkout. Delivery times and rates vary based on location and item size.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or text.

Freight Shipments:

  • Large items such as electric bikes or equipment may ship via freight. You will be contacted to schedule a delivery window.

  • Signature may be required upon delivery.

  • Shipping Via freight, times may vary. If our LTL freight company transfers to a 3rd party company due to delivery location being out of companies area, delivery may take longer and ETAs may be incorrect on tracking number. (Please contact the shipping company if you have any questions or concerns, as Sawtooth Powersports has no control after the item has been picked up.)

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, including for returns or exchanges.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently only ship within the continental United States. For Hawaii, Alaska, or international inquiries, please contact us directly.

Damaged or Lost Packages:

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, notify us within 3 business days of delivery so we can assist with a resolution.

  • All shipping claims must be filed through the carrier, but we are happy to help guide you through the process.
